This text is set up more as a collection of descriptions about different sites, and their attributes, than it is a running narrative of the Paleolithic history of Siberia. Any student of American Paleoindian archaeology should familiarize themselves with its origins in the Siberian Paleolithic. With so few translations of Russian archaeological works, this book is a great baseline of information.
